About S3S

We're builders: field technicians, supervisors, engineers, scientists, and operators who handle solids control and fluid management for a living. We bring our own equipment, our own crew, and our own engineering to your site. Compact footprint. Clean water. Dry solids. One team owns the whole job.
Leadership team
This team has run solids control, energy, and environmental work together for decades. When S3S acquired the assets of BOS Solutions in 2020, the fleet and the footprint grew across North America, from Pennsylvania to Alaska and into Canada. The standard stayed the same: build a better answer, prove it in the field, and stand behind the people who run it.

Core values
S3S culture is built to carry from the office into job sites. The same values guide safety training, engineering decisions, customer communication, and the way crews support one another in the field.
Every machine runs with vibration sensors and remote monitoring. If a unit drifts out of spec, our crews shut it down and swap it. We will not run equipment past the point it is safe to run.
Our in-house engineering team builds equipment for the job in front of us. When a project needs something that does not exist yet, we design, fabricate, and field it, sometimes a one-of-a-kind system.
We are not the cheapest line item, and we do not pretend to be. We show customers the samples, the data, and the real project math, then tell them straight what we can and cannot do.
Field technicians, supervisors, engineers, and customer teams work the same job together. Our crews stay steady, so the person who sells the work is often the person who runs it.
What makes S3S different
S3S is more than equipment on a trailer. It is a team that invests in its people, an engineering group that builds what a job needs, and a sample history that backs up every recommendation.

Attention to detail runs from the owner down, on every job and in every vertical. S3S invests in its people, so customers work with familiar, experienced crews instead of a revolving door.

Most competitors sell what is on the shelf. S3S designs and fabricates equipment to fit the job, including one-of-a-kind systems built, tested, and put on site in two to three months.

S3S has analyzed more than 10,000 fluid samples over the years. That history lets the team make solid recommendations for a specific program from the first conversation.
Work with S3S
Tell us the fluid, the volume, and the site, and what you need back. S3S brings the equipment, the crew, and the engineering, owns the whole job, and proves the result.
